Billy had it all, looks and talent. He was the life of the party, he excelled in every sport he played. He was a good fireman and he would do anything for you if you asked. Billy was the starting place-kicker for the FDNY football team. He was an excellent soccer player and he just recently joined the FDNY Softball team and was the starting left fielder. Billy loved to play practical jokes and considered it a privilege to play one on you. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
